Job Overview
Arm is seeking a highly analytical and intellectually curious Senior Financial Analyst to join its Corporate FP&A team, reporting directly to the Director of Long-Range Planning. This is a net new role to support Arm’s strategic vision by enabling leadership to evaluate options quickly and confidently. Broad visibility in this role with partnership across FP&A, Commercial Finance, Office of CEO, and Engineering leadership. This position is not for IT candidates.
Responsibilities
Build and develop market, revenue, and three statement models, for mid- (next 3 years) and long-term time horizons (next 10 yrs). Analyse and join large distributed datasets to identify relationships and develop understanding about drivers. Support development of data infrastructure within broader FP&A. Work with the business on ad-hoc projects.
Required Skills And Experience

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
• Interest in how fast-growth public companies make resource allocation and broader financial decisions
• Track record of setting up workstreams prioritizing repeatability and scalability, you consider purpose of work and present information to address the decisions
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of information and identify

• Background in Finance
• Financial modelling experience
• Knowledge about the semiconductor industry landscape
• Experience with Alteryx, Databricks, SQL

Salary Range
$114,300-$154,700 per year
