Base pay range

$160,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr

Become the first growth marketer at Momentic.
Own the growth engine from first touch to demo booked. Build repeatable programs that create qualified pipeline.
You will also experiment with other channels like social, email marketing, and events.

About Us

• We’re a lean team of 7
• GTM team is 1 founder, 1 sales generalist, 1 CSM
• Located in-person San Francisco (650 5th St.)
• Raised $3.7M from FundersClub, General Catalyst, Y Combinator, AI Grant
  

What You’ll Do

• Own funnel and KPIs: Drive MQL → SAL → SQL
• Website and conversion: Build and iterate on landing pages, run A/B tests, optimize forms and CTAs
• SEO/GEO: Publish high-intent content and grow organic traffic from search
• Paid experiments: Run targeted search and social ads
• Sales collaboration: Iterate on outbound messaging with our SDRs
• Lead agencies: You’d partner with and lead contractors and agencies that we work with on content, SEO/GEO, or ads
  

You’re perfect for this role if…

• You have 3-5 years in B2B growth or demand gen for technical SaaS
• Proven ownership of pipeline targets and metrics
• Strong analytics and familiarity with marketing automation, ads, and web analytics
• Writes compelling copy and can ship pages and experiments solo
• You’re based in SF and willing to commute to the office
  

Nice to haves

• You have a background in developer tools, testing/observability, or infrastructure
• Built SEO from 0 → 1 and managed high-intent paid search for high-ACV software
