Job Title: Litigation Attorney – Property & Casualty (Plaintiff)

Our client is a fast-paced, high-volume plaintiff litigation firm focused on property and casualty claims. They are committed to delivering justice for individuals and businesses impacted by loss, and they’re looking for a skilled attorney to join their growing team.

Position Overview:

We are recruiting for an experienced Litigation Attorney with a strong background in property and casualty plaintiff litigation . The ideal candidate will be licensed in North Carolina , have at least 5 years of litigation experience , and be confident managing cases from intake through resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take and defend depositions
• Attend hearings, mediations, and negotiate settlements
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Develop case strategies and manage litigation timelines
• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel
• Represent clients in court with professionalism and confidence

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina (required)
• Minimum 5 years of plaintiff-side litigation experience in property and casualty
• Experience with personal injury litigation is a plus
• Strong deposition and courtroom skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume legal environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
