nJob Summary:
nWe are seeking an experienced Quality Engineering Technician to provide critical quality support at our customer's facility in Malden, MA. The role will focus on MRB, NDT, FAIR, and data analysis tasks, ensuring product quality, resolving non-conformance issues, and driving continuous process improvement.
nKey Responsibilities:

Provide daily support to the quality clinic, reviewing and dispositioning non-conforming materials.

Process materials for rework and/or reinspection and enter associated MRB tickets.
n n - n
Perform root cause corrective actions (RCCA) and recommend process improvements.
n n - n
Analyze and drive action on quality clinic trends, ensuring correct parts and actions are prioritized.
n n - n
Collect process capability data, analyze results, and implement process improvements.
n n - n
Create control plans and submit sampling plans where applicable.
n n - n
Handle project or part number-specific tasks as required.

Potentially: Support sub-tier and supplier development activities.

Qualifications:

US Citizen required due to the nature of the work.
n n - n
Aerospace background with 3 years of progressively responsible experience in quality engineering.
n n - n
Knowledge and experience in MRB, RCCA, and FAI processes.
n n - n
Familiarity with material fabrication processes such as milling, turning, grinding, plasma spray, and shot peening.

Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills, with the ability to drive actions and communicate cross-functionally.

Education: Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
