Legal Recruiting Coordinator (Silicon Valley)
The Ford Agency is seeking a Legal Recruiting Coordinator for a corporate law firm in Silicon Valley, CA. The Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and implementing the firm's summer associate, fall recruitment programs, and lateral recruitment processes. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 1.5 years of legal recruiting experience in a law firm. The position involves frequent interaction with firm leadership, requiring strong interpersonal skills and professionalism. Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with fall recruitment: liaise with law schools, register for on-campus interviews and job fairs, coordinate and attend recruitment events, schedule interviews, and serve as a candidate contact.
- Support the summer associate program: organize summer events, prepare orientation schedules, coordinate summer assignments, assist with mid and end of summer reviews, and compile program surveys.
- Provide logistical support: manage law school feedback forms and surveys, oversee recruitment expenses and budgets.
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1.5 years of legal recruiting experience in a law firm
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Team-oriented mentality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities
Candidates must be based in Silicon Valley, CA, or have plans to relocate independently.
