THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a highly organized HR Specialist to support our Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) team. This role provides operational, administrative, and project support to help HRBPs deliver strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, handles sensitive information discreetly, and has a strong interest in building a career in Human Resources. All duties are performed in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

- Collaboration and Communication
- Serve as the main contact for the HRBP team across departments.
- Support talent strategy and organizational development initiatives with leadership.
- Build trusting relationships with leadership, managers, and employees.
- Advise managers on HR-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with specialized HR areas (Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, HRIS) to meet specific needs.
- Assist with employee benefit inquiries and draft communications.
- Employee Relations and Support
- Resolve employee inquiries independently, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Interpret policies and apply solutions tailored to business needs.
- Assist with documentation for employee relations cases and investigations.
- Administrative and Operational Support
- Coordinate organizational changes, onboarding/offboarding, and data updates.
- Maintain HR documentation, organizational charts, and policies.
- Manage job requisitions and reclassification requests.
- Propose process improvements and support proactive HR communication.
- Provide backup support and assist with day-to-day HR operations.
Additional responsibilities include data management, reporting, project coordination, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The role also emphasizes respect, integrity, diversity, and safety in the workplace.
What Youll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years HR experience; prior HRBP support preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, systems, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (UKG, HRSoft, Monday.com).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Discretion handling confidential information.
- Experience in banking environment is required.
- Preferred: HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR), experience with project management tools.

SALARY RANGE
The annual salary range is $68,000 - $85,000, based on experience and qualifications. The final offer will consider various factors.
