Renewal by Andersen is expanding our Direct Marketing Team in the greater Los Angeles Area!

Renewal by Andersen is the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation. We aim to make a difference in the lives of homeowners and communities. We are seeking a Direct Marketing Associate in the greater Los Angeles area!

We are looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative Direct Marketing Associate to enhance our customer experience in home upgrades. Interested in joining?

This role offers uncapped commissions plus base pay. Successful candidates can earn over $80,000 in the first year (OTE) . The base pay starts at $23/hour , depending on experience, education, location, and certifications. Your recruiter will provide specific details during hiring.

Purpose: This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. It requires accurate recording of prospective customer data and market information. The position includes a monthly driving incentive and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned areas, following instructions from the Canvassing Program Manager.
2. Transport yourself to your territory and represent Renewal by Andersen professionally.
3. Use mapping and business applications to record data accurately.
4. Maintain professionalism, neatness, and proper uniform, with required permits.
5. Attend company meetings as scheduled.
6. Share ideas with the Canvassing Program Manager to improve effectiveness.
7. Master our methodology, products, and promotional offers to become a Signature Service expert.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• Minimum age of 18 for insurance coverage
• Reliable transportation
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Comfortable navigating multiple platforms on tablets
• Physically able to stand and walk 3-5 miles daily
