HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Round Rock, Texas.

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · General surgery, orthopedic and neuro surgery experience both RN and Tech · Basic general OR knowledge of more than one year · If candidate is for CVOR they MUST have at least two years of CVOR experience, to include: ALL ADULT open heart cases, OPEN and ENDOVASCULAR cases. This includes open and endovascular Triple A surgery, and must be willing to work with the Cath lab on cases such as TAVR (trans aortic valve replacement). This includes RN and Tech. Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. · Trauma experience both RN and Tech · Vascular surgery exp, RN and Tech. Cases such as fistula creations, and endarterectomy surgery List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · X-lif, A-lif, Decompression, ACDF, Craniotomy, Robotic surgery (thoracic, general, gyn and urology), Ortho Trauma, total joints (Mako Robot), general open and laparoscopic surgery. · CV- CABG, valves, surgies of the Aorta (to include traumas), TAVR, TCAR, TEVAR, EVAR, and open vascular cases. Best personality Fit: · Willing to be flexible when it comes be in different types of rooms with different cases · Can work with the staff and adapt to the way we work in our departments, with the understanding that all places are not the same. · Could be willing to help pick up extra hours if we need it. (not a deal breaker) · Willing to occasionally assist in the perception of new grad techs or RN’s
