Warm Colts Neck family seeking a Nanny/Housekeeper for their busy household and three boys- ages 5, 3, and NB (on the way 8/2025) Care is needed Monday-Friday ~35-40 hours per week. The position is set to start as soon as the right candidate is found.
Responsibilities:
-Full daily care of infant once born (switching on and off with Mom)
-Support for older children before/after school & during breaks
-Driving to/from school & activities
-Keeping kids engaged with developmentally appropriate play, crafts, outdoor time
-Light housekeeping/maintenance (4bed, 3 bath, family has a bi-weekly deep cleaning service)
-Laundry & organizing drawers/closets
-Minor meal-prep for kids and family, preparing school lunches
Schedule: Monday- Friday 35-40 hours per week, exact start and end times TBD and may vary based on season. Availability for a Saturday date night ~1x/month, appreciated
-B5 and B3 are in school M–F 9AM-3/4PM; camp hours vary from 9AM-12PM and 9AM-3PM
-Children’s schedule changes slightly with seasonal activities such as swim lessons daily from Memorial Day-Mid July

-Mom is a SAHM
-Family has an active summer lifestyle (beach club, country club, swimming)
-Family travels to Aruba and FL and would love a candidate open to traveling with them to these locations and potentially others
-Limited screen-time
Ideal Candidate:
-Warm, organized, safety-conscious, reliable, punctual, and proactive—takes initiative without needing step-by-step direction once routine is established
-Seamlessly transitions from childcare to household tasks and anticipates needs
-Early education/developmental background and newborn care strongly preferred
-Confident in helping with B3’s speech delays and general milestones for the children
-Comfortable working with mom to navigate a home with shifting routines and needs (school breaks, housekeeping tasks, newborn needs)
-Strong communicator with both children and parents
Compensation:
-Hourly rate commensurate with experience
-Industry standard benefits (guaranteed hours, vacation, sick leave, holidays off)
-Reimbursement for use of a personal vehicle for work-related duties
Requirements:
-5+ years childcare/household experience
-CPR/First Aid Certified
-Clean criminal and driving record
-Reliable and safe vehicle
-Fluent English
-Vaccinated for TDAP, Flu, and COVID
-Active passport
