We are seeking a Warehouse Customer Support Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, scheduling deliveries, entering sales orders into the computer system and resolve issues.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer orders, inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product delivery issues and concerns
Document and update customer orders and invoice as directed
Dispatch drivers to fulfill customer orders as directed
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the customers, processes, products and services
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, warehousing, and order entry or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with customers
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
