Travel Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical social work services to patients receiving acute psychiatric care in their homes or community settings. Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plans. Deliver treatment interventions, counseling, and crisis management as appropriate. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including nurses, psychiatrists, psychologists, home health aides, and mental health specialists. Engage in approximately 12 hours of training in September in preparation for care delivery. Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program. Current LCSW licensure in Massachusetts. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical mental health or psychiatric care setting. Experience providing care in community or home settings strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with inpatient psychiatric care or hospital-at-home models. Familiarity with research protocols and data collection in clinical trials. Experience in trauma-informed care and culturally responsive care delivery
