Job Title: Data Entry SpecialistJob Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to support administrative and financial tasks. This short-term contract role, based in Lebanon, TN, is designed to address immediate operational needs, with the possibility of extension depending on workload and performance.
Responsibilities
Perform accurate and timely data entry for invoicing, billing, and collections.
Call customers to confirm receipt of invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
Print, mail, and verify invoices for accuracy, making corrections as needed.
Pull and organize reports for internal use and client communication.
Enter and manage data in Microsoft Excel and the company’s ERP system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and customer satisfaction.
Essential Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting/filtering, and formatting.
Experience working within an ERP system such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
Excellent typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
Strong customer service and communication skills, particularly over the phone.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in data entry, invoicing, billing, and collections.
Familiarity with invoice processing and collections workflows.
Work Environment
The role is based in an office environment of an emergency vehicle light upfitter in Lebanon, TN. The position requires standard business hours from Monday to Friday, reporting to the controller.

This is a Contract position based out of Lebanon, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
