As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the friendly face that brings the 'Wow' to Wawa by engaging with and serving our customers. With a commitment to putting people first, you’ll contribute to making every experience brighter and more enjoyable. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and interact with customers to ensure their needs are met efficiently and courteously. Prepare delicious food items like breakfast options, made-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and maintain an organized coffee station. Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with age-restricted product verifications. Keep our stores well-stocked, ensuring shelves are fresh, full, and inviting for customers. Maintain store cleanliness and safety by adhering to established policies and procedures. Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash. Qualifications: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage multiple tasks. Must be 16 years or older with reliable transportation. Enjoy collaborating and working as part of a team. The hourly range for this position is $15.00 - $18.75, depending on your experience and location. You will receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12am - 6am.
