Job Title: Intune Administrator
Location: Atlanta, GA
Are you a skilled and experienced IT professional with a deep knowledge of Microsoft Intune?
Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Intune Administrator to join our team. You will play a critical role in supporting our recent migration to Microsoft 365, ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our endpoint devices.
About the Role:
Intune Expertise: You will provide expert-level support for all aspects of Intune administration, including hybrid join, conditional access, enrollment, policy management, and endpoint security. Troubleshooting & Optimization: You will proactively troubleshoot compliance issues and work to continuously improve the overall health and security of our endpoint environment. Integration & Collaboration: You will leverage your deep understanding of Intune and its integration with other Microsoft technologies, such as Azure, Entra, and Microsoft Defender. End-User Support: You will provide guidance and support to end-users on various aspects of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Outlook, Teams, and other applications.
Key Responsibilities:
AD Group Management: Manage AD groups, including 30-minute synchronizations and adding/removing members to appropriate license groups. Hybrid Join: Monitor hybrid join status, UPN, and other relevant settings to ensure successful join operations. Intune Enrollment: Manage Intune enrollment for workstations and mobile devices (BYOD). Conditional Access: Assist users with compliance issues related to conditional access policies. Outlook Migration: Assist users with migrating Outlook data, including calendar permissions, folder permissions, rules, tags/labels, and setting up new profiles. Mail Relay Transition: Assist users with configuring O365 settings for system notifications after the mail relay transition. Microsoft Teams: Assist users with creating Teams and adding members, as well as other tasks related to the transition from Webex.
Who You Are:
Intune Specialist: You have at least 3 years of experience as an Intune Administrator or Endpoint Manager, with a proven track record of successfully troubleshooting compliance issues. Microsoft 365 Savvy: You possess a strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and how Intune integrates with other key services. Technical Proficiency: You have a strong understanding of Active Directory, networking concepts, and other relevant IT technologies. Problem-Solver: You are a highly analytical and problem-solving individual with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Additional Info:
Term: This is a temp to perm opportunity. Pay Range: $35-$55 per hour depending on prior experience.
