Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join their team. As a Patient Services Representative, you will be part of the patient care team supporting our diverse community. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a compassionate demeanor, and a strong attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Assist patients by performing a variety of duties related to patient interviewing and verifying admissions information.
Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Provide support to Indigenous patients by communicating effectively in Spanish and Mixteco and/or Chatino dialects.
Perform general office and clerical tasks to maintain efficient operations.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
What's Needed?
Fluency in Spanish and either Mixteco or Chatino dialects.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
A passion for helping others and providing exceptional patient care.
