Job Description Thompson Gray, Inc has an immediate need for an RPA Business Analyst.The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team automates business processes in audit, divestiture, business process engineering, and quality of life improvements for the Army FM community. RPA is a form of business process automation in which the developer produces a list of actions to automate a task, and software bots execute those actions. ResponsibilitiesYour role will be to:1) Lead the end-to-end Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and workflow automation (document, design, build, test, deploy, maintain) using recommended best practices2) Collaborate with other agencies, military personnel, civilians, and contractors with regard to RPA interest, inquiries, and collaboration projects3) Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams, to design and deliver automated solutions4) Work with SMEs to ensure requirements are thorough and complete5) Serve as primary point of contact with assigned RPA customers and liaise between customers and RPA Developers. Support RPA customers by providing answers, expertise, and insights as needed6) Brief potential RPA customers on RPA capabilities as needed7) Capture keystroke level detail from customers/process owners during automation development8) Present/speak to RPA requests and status of projects to the client, project manager, and governance boards as needed9) Develop RPA tools, documentation, presentations, videos, and other promotional materials10) Collaborate with the developers to ensure customers' development requirements are accurately captured for automation projects11) Become familiar with RPA software as time allows to enhance knowledge of how automation works and to better inform customers on bot capabilities12) Support the governance of the RPA process13) Develop and track metrics and financial projections for each automation14) Facilitate email communications between clients.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:BA/BS or MA/MS degree in Business Administration or Computer ScienceUp to 3 years of analysis, business process improvement or consulting experience, preferably for automation project and preferably for DoD clientsUiPath, Power Platform, or other automation software certification(s) preferred, but not requiredCoursework or work experience may be substituted in lieu of certificationsExperience with crafting detailed Process Design Documentation (PDDs), process/ keystroke mappings (Visio, process recording, etc.), training briefs, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), specific to building Robotic Process AutomationsExperience working in fully-remote work settings, including excellent communication skills, the use of virtual project management tools, leading virtual meetings/workshops, and other work exercisesApplicants MUST be U.S. citizens able to obtain a Secret-level clearance. Candidates with a current Secret (or higher) clearance are highly desired.Desired Qualifications: PMP certification is desired, but not requiredAbility to obtain a SECRET clearance
