Your Role: Prepare patients for examinations and treatments by taking histories and vital signs. Set up exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments and maintain supplies and equipment. Administer injections and assist with lab testing and phlebotomy. Support physicians in preparing for minor surgeries and physicals. Handle incoming calls and assist with patient referrals. Qualifications: Completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program, 12 months of direct clinical patient care experience, or current Medical Assistant certification. Candidates with a year of medical experience must obtain certification within one year of hire. Recent graduates need to achieve clinical MA certification within 60 days of employment.
