Job Summary:
The Client Service Specialist – Intake Coordinator is a non-exempt, hourly position at the Family Source Center (FSC). The Position is usually their first point of contact for participants seeking services at the FSC. The Client Services Specialist-Intake Coordinator will work closely with Other teams to ensure an effective, coordinated response to participant needs.
Reports To:
The Site Director of the FSC
Duties and Responsibilities:

Completes intake and assessments for program participants.
●
Provides intervention, support and referral to case management.
●
Advocates on behalf of the participant to other agencies as needed.
●
Maintains up-to-date and accurate files on all client interactions and program activities.
●
Works with Case Manager to provide accurate feedback and data on monthly/quarterly/yearly goals.
●
Answers calls to the FSC.
●
Identify and create opportunities to represent Jenesse Center to other agencies, service providers and the community.
●
Complete all paperwork in a timely manner.
●
Attend training and other staff meetings as required, and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must have a high school diploma. Experience working with people is . Must be drug-free, non-alcohol abusing and able to work in a smoke free environment.
Minimum Education/Experience and other Requirements.
AA degree or 2 years related experience required.
Salary Range:
$50,000 - $65,000
