$100.00/hr - $100.00/hr Are you ready to transform educational advocacy into a movement? This is your opportunity to do just that.
What You Will Be Doing
Engaging in high-trust one-on-one conversations and info sessions to convert prospective families into enrollments. Organizing regional workshops and events that enhance awareness and generate qualified leads. Forging strategic partnerships with local organizations and influencers to elevate visibility. Mobilizing parent advocates to promote Alpha and champion the 2 Hour Learning model publicly. Providing leadership with insights on parent sentiment and engagement for strategic development.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Using high-pressure sales tactics to pitch Alpha as a product. Customizing curriculum or lowering standards to satisfy influential parents. Conducting feel-good events without strategic enrollment impact. Acting as a customer service representative without advancing advocacy efforts. Remaining behind the scenes instead of actively engaging with the community.

Drive a 150+ student enrollment waitlist by transforming families into passionate advocates through strategic outreach and mission-aligned engagement.
Basic Requirements
Located in one of the specified cities and available for on-site work with local travel: Lake Forest, San Francisco, or Santa Barbara, CA; Orlando or Tampa, FL; Charlotte or Raleigh, NC; New York City (Manhattan), NY; Fort Worth, Houston, or Plano, TX; Washington, D.C. (Chantilly). Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. 5+ years of experience in education, outreach, or enrollment with families. Proven track record of guiding sophisticated stakeholders through high-trust decisions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills under pressure. Strong belief in Alpha’s high-expectation, accelerated learning model.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
