This position presents an outstanding opportunity to leverage previous paralegal experience and develop new skills in a highly sought-after field and further your career! Hybrid: Three days per week in a northern Virginia office. Primary Responsibilities Manage law firms across the globe to coordinate corporate documents to be prepared and filed. Prepare articles of incorporation, bylaws, corporate filings, and ensure documentation is current. Assist in the management of a database of agreements and insurance certificates. Prepare and circulate documents for electronic and wet signatures; collect, circulate, and file signed documents. Required Skills Bachelor’s degree, or additional work experience. 2+ years of corporate governance experience, including preparing articles of incorporation, bylaws, making corporate filings, and ensuring documentation is current. Experience with international corporate governance and/or project management a plus. Experience with NetSuite and/or Rio, a plus. Seniority level
