About the Role
We are seeking a
Principal / Lead Platform Engineer
with deep expertise in
cloud automation and the AWS ecosystem
to drive the design, build, and operation of secure, scalable platforms that deliver mission-critical products for our clients. This is a senior-level role where you’ll set technical direction and collaborate across teams to enable rapid, secure delivery in the cloud. What You’ll Do Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable cloud platforms on
AWS . Build and automate workflows leveraging
AWS Control Tower, IAM, Cloud WAN, SCPs, VPC, EC2, RDS, S3, and EKS . Define and implement automation using
Terraform, AWS CDK, TypeScript, and Python . Manage containerized environments with
Docker and Kubernetes , including EKS add-ons and advanced configurations. Actively participate in
scrum ceremonies, daily stand-ups, and code reviews . Troubleshoot customer issues and ensure platform reliability, security, and performance. Collaborate with product teams to build a
cloud-native platform
that enables fast, secure product delivery for clients. What We’re Looking For 10+ years
of experience as a DevOps, Platform, or Cloud Engineer (with at least 3+ years in a
lead or principal role ). Extensive AWS ecosystem experience
across core services: Control Tower, Cloud WAN, IAM, SCPs, EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, and EKS. Strong expertise in
automation and infrastructure as code
(Terraform, CDK, GitHub workflows). Hands-on experience with
Kubernetes operations , including add-ons and advanced configurations. Proficiency in
TypeScript and Python
for platform automation. Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with experience running
agile ceremonies
and mentoring engineers. Ability to balance
security, scalability, and speed of delivery
in a client-facing environment. Seniority level
