As a Senior Associate Brand Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical support across all aspects of brand management, including marketing campaign strategy & execution, business performance analysis, consumer research and budget management. As a Senior Associate Brand Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical support across all aspects of brand management, including marketing campaign strategy & execution, business performance analysis, consumer research and budget management. This role requires a deep understanding of how to combine disparate consumer data points and derive meaningful insights that drive volume and profitability.
Responsibilities Include:
Campaign Planning & Execution
Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans across paid/owned/earned tactics to meet brand objectives; Ensure brand guidelines and standards are consistently applied across all marketing channel
Brand Strategy Development
Effectively execute key initiatives to ensure delivery to top and bottom line P&L targets
Consumption Analysis & Reporting
Act as the category subject matter expert, analyzing consumption performance data and translating findings into actionable insights as part of monthly business performance reviews
Budget Management
Manage annual marketing spend, brand budgets and billing process, collaborating with Finance partners on a routine basis
Sales Support
Create internal and customer-facing marketing materials, including selling stories
Competitive Analysis
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competition and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for brand growth
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy Manage relationships with internal and external partners, including global marketing teams and various agencies and vendors
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field Two to three years related experience, consumer packaged goods experience preferred. Ideal candidate is a self-starter, detail-oriented, analytical, and a team player. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions. (as this person will be responsible for consumption reporting and business reviews). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to a variety of audiences. Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience using Nielsen or IRI syndicated data
The base pay range for this position is $104,295 to $146,013 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

Responsibilities Include:
