We’re looking for a
Director of Wedding & Event Sales
to lead our sales and planning team. In this role, you’ll: Own the wedding planning process from first inquiry to “I do” Develop targeted sales strategies that make Hazy Mountain the go-to choice for luxury weddings Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and planning team Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that attract engaged couples from near and far Partner with operations to ensure every wedding runs flawlessly What we’re looking for: 5+ years in luxury wedding sales, event planning, or high-end hospitality Proven track record of meeting (and exceeding) wedding booking goals Strong leadership, client relationship, and negotiation skills Passion for creating once-in-a-lifetime celebrations Why you’ll love it here: You’ll work in one of the most beautiful venues in the region, leading a talented team, and shaping dream weddings that couples will remember forever.
