Wipro . Minimum qualifications include a BS Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is a plus. Required experience and skills: 6-8 years of IT experience with application systems in Sales & Distribution, Manufacturing, and Logistics processes. Strong technical skills in project management, system analysis, process design, software development, testing, and training in IT management and services. Experience with SAP ECC/S4 Hana, including end-to-end project implementations, support, and upgrades related to supply chain solutions. Proficiency in SAP SD, Inventory Management, SAP EDI, B2B integration, and mapping SAP Idoc with XML/X12. Specialization in SAP Master Data, Logistics Execution (LE), SAP MM, and EWM processes. Knowledge of interfacing with RF devices, weighing, labeling, and warehouse stock movements. Experience with batch management, serialization, and handling units. Understanding of integrating SAP with services like SAP EDI, SAP PI, AS2, API, SFTP, and working with manufacturing systems. Ability to gather business requirements, identify process gaps, and implement solutions; experienced in troubleshooting and ticket resolution. Experience in creating technical documents and training materials. Knowledge of organizational change management and training delivery. Experience leading strategic projects with 3PL partners and managing configuration changes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Understanding of SAP Activate, Traditional, and Agile project methodologies. Additional skills: Responsibility for Supply Chain processes, including Logistics, Inventory Management, 3PL EDI, and Order Management. Development experience with EDI transactions such as 204, 810, 846, 850, 855, 856, 875, 888, 940, 944, 945, 947. Good understanding of SAP SD pricing, sales documents, delivery, billing, and integration with MM, PP, and TMS. High energy, motivation, flexibility, and ability to multitask. Self-management skills to complete projects independently. Mandatory skills include SAP SD with 8-10 years of experience.
