Sales and Marketing Representative - Hartford, CT
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales and Marketing to join our team in West Hartford, CT. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to support our account management efforts and contribute to key business development strategies. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for sales and building relationships. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their needs and contribute to achieving successful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing client accounts and fostering long-term relationships. Engage with potential customers to generate leads and new opportunities with our partner retailers. Collaborate with the sales team to create effective strategies for market growth. Support the negotiation process to ensure client needs are met while aligning with company objectives. Take part in business development activities to help expand the client base. Learn and adopt best practices in account management through mentorship with senior managers.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong ability to negotiate and build rapport with clients. Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and account success. Leadership potential, with a team-oriented approach. Sales or account management experience is a plus, but not required.
