The Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for On-boarding/recruiting, training, time managing and developing merchandisers, among point-of-sale and pricing activities.

This position will be based out of our Orlando, FL facility; supporting customer's stores between the Orlando / Kissimmee and surrounding area and surroundings Will directly manage a team of +18 direct reports. This position will be working 5 consecutive days with occasional support on weekends starting at 6am until finish.
Responsibilities
Recruit, select and develop new hires; manage a team of merchandisers. Adhere to KDP merchandising standards, inspecting the execution and implementation of point-of-sale (POS) initiatives. Route merchandisers for sales and deliveries. Ensure cost-effectiveness and maintaining high levels of customer service. Ensure that company pricing is properly displayed. Provide merchandising coverage for vacation routes. Identify sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue.

This is a salary position based on experience. Requirements:
High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred 3 years of merchandising experience Management experience desire. Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly 3 years of merchandising experience Valid driver's license Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle. Previous DSD experience preferred.
