Executive Desktop Support Specialist

will be part of a team responsible for providing on-site and virtual support for workplace devices, software, and processes for Executives, VPs, and Senior Leadership. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 annually, W2, along with a comprehensive benefits package detailed in the Benefits Offered section of the job description. Compensation and benefits remain in the Company's sole discretion and may be modified at the Companys absolute discretion, consistent with applicable law, until they are paid. In this role, you will Provides in-person high-touch support to executives and various customer personas, which allows end-users to receive dedicated support for any IT issue that may occur and promises ultimate ownership and resolution. Deliver personalized, high-priority support to executives and senior leadership. Ensure minimal disruption and maximum discretion during support interactions. Provide proactive device health checks, pre-meeting AV readiness, and concierge-level service. Provide setup, testing, and live support for AV systems in executive conference rooms. Support executives during offsite meetings, board sessions, and corporate events. Provide support during standard business hours with availability for after-hours and on-call support as needed. Reply to urgent executive requests, including remote assistance and on-site dispatch. Coordinate logistics and ensure IT readiness for presentations, connectivity, and AV requirements. Perform all standard desk-side support functions, including diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and peripheral issues. Provide on-site smart hands support for corporate and vendor partners. Support Windows 10 to 11 upgrades, device imaging, and software installations. Maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and system configurations. Coordinate with internal IT teams for escalations and implementation of new technologies. Perform other tasks as necessary to support and achieve business objectives. For this role, you will need MUST HAVE

Experience supporting and collaborating with VPs, C-level Executives, or other senior leadership in previous roles. Must be able to work 100% onsite Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 3+ years providing hands-on infrastructure support, including network, servers, desktops, and related peripherals. Must have strong experience with Windows 10/11 along with MAC OS desktop environments, including troubleshooting and configuration. Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong understanding of timelines, milestones, and deliverable due dates. Strong documentation and process skills are required.
