Recruit, hire, train, and develop all restaurant staff, ensuring a highly motivated and efficient team in a fast-paced environment. Operational Excellence:
Oversee front- and back-of-house operations including food preparation, quality, cleanliness, and speed of service to meet fast-food brand standards. Scheduling & Staffing:
Create and manage efficient schedules that align with business needs and peak hours. Financial Management:
Monitor sales, expenses, budgets, and labor costs, applying fast-food profitability strategies. Guest Safety & Compliance:
Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health standards in compliance with quick-service restaurant regulations. Customer Service:
Handle guest issues promptly, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return. Marketing & Growth:
Promote the restaurant in the community and identify strategies to increase sales and brand presence. Administrative Duties:
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including sales, inventory, and labor tracking. Qualifications Personality:
Fun, positive, and energetic with a passion for leading teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Experience:
Minimum 3 years of fast-food management experience (required). Proven success managing drive-thru operations, high-volume shifts, and guest satisfaction in a quick-service restaurant setting. Required Skills Strong knowledge of fast-food front- and back-of-house operations including speed of service, quality, cleanliness, and team training. Experience with cost and labor management, sales forecasting, and profitability. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate large teams. Confidence in delivering performance feedback, setting goals, and fostering a team-oriented culture. Strong organizational skills and a customer-centric mindset.
