$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Location: San Francisco, CA (5 days/week in person, near Powell BART)\ Team: Talent | Reports to: CEO
DianaHR is reshaping how small and medium-sized businesses manage their HR and people operations. We provide AI-enhanced support to help businesses set up payroll, stay compliant, manage onboarding, and handle employee documentation. Our team combines smart technology with human judgment to give business owners peace of mind.
We’re a small, early-stage startup — which means the work is fast-paced, often chaotic, and constantly evolving. We work hard, move quickly, and value people who can bring structure to ambiguity, stay steady under pressure, and thrive in the messiness that comes with building something new.
We’re looking for a Recruiter to build our talent function from the ground up, own searches across multiple geographies, and help us attract and close the people who will shape DianaHR’s future.
What You’ll Do
As Our Recruiter, You’ll
Own full-cycle recruiting
Manage 3–5 active searches at a time across GTM, Operations, Customer Success, and light-technical roles. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, set interview rubrics, and keep feedback loops under 48 hours.
Source globally
Lead searches across North America, LATAM, South Africa, and Europe. Use LinkedIn RPS, Gem, HireEZ, referrals, and community channels to deliver diverse candidate slates.
Build recruiting infrastructure
Own and optimize our ATS — set up scorecards, analytics dashboards, and automated workflows. Implement and refine sourcing tools and processes to improve quality and speed.
Boost employer brand
Collaborate with marketing to refresh our careers page and share content that showcases our mission and culture.
Close candidates
Conduct comp benchmarking, educate candidates on equity, and negotiate offers to secure top talent.
Who You Are
You Have
3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house) with a track record of at least 25 hires. Experience recruiting internationally, including time zone coordination and visa considerations. Hands-on experience with Ashby or a similar modern ATS. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn RPS, Gem, or HireEZ. A genuine interest in DianaHR’s mission to transform how SMBs manage HR and people operations. The ability to work in-person from our San Francisco office near Powell BART.
Bonus Points If You Have
Led interview process overhauls (scorecards, DEI calibration, interviewer training). Exposure to technical recruiting (software, data, ML). Experience recruiting in South Africa or LATAM. Headcount planning or recruiting operations experience. Visa sponsorship knowledge (TN, H-1B, O-1, etc.). Social media savvy — able to run LinkedIn campaigns to boost employer brand. Startup or hyper-growth recruiting experience.
Compensation & Benefits
