About the role: We’re looking for a talented individual to ensure customers reach their desired outcomes through effective onboarding and relationship management. As a byproduct of these two, we are looking for someone who is experienced in project management, onboarding and technical pre-sales. The Senior Solutions Consultant acts as a liaison between enterprise or complex Rosterfy customers and our internal teams, helping to deliver the best onboarding experience possible. You will play an essential role in understanding complex client requirements, mapping them to our platform’s robust capabilities, and configuring solutions that deliver value. You will quickly become a platform expert, using this knowledge to both deliver exceptional client solutions and contribute to the development of standardised learning materials. This role combines technical expertise, consultative skills, and a commitment to developing and sharing best practices to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Rapidly gain in-depth knowledge of the platform, becoming a go-to expert on its functionalities and configuration capabilities Work directly with clients to understand and document their business objectives, detailed requirements and technical needs Develop and deliver training sessions to ensure clients can understand and can effectively use configured solutions Partner with the product team to address unique client needs that go beyond standard configurations. Contribute to the standardisation of learning materials and best practices across teams and clients in the Professional Services and Delivery department Provide technical platform lead skills including scheduling of client milestones, configuration of platform to agreed milestones and proactive reporting to both internal management and clients Work with the global Rosterfy team as an expert in delivery Develop and build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders Required Skills and Experience Experience in SaaS companies with client onboarding responsibilities Leading SaaS implementations to customers 3 - 5+ Years in experienced customer facing roles in SaaS, IT departments, or Enterprise organisations Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with multiple clients Exceptional oral and written communication skills and attention to detail Technology related degree or equivalent experience Nice to have Experience in the NFP/Charity sector Strong understanding of volunteering and workforce management Have used Hubspot & Jira in previous roles **Please note this is not a pre-sales role, core duties are focused on implementation. Salary range for the role is $80-110 USD (dependent on experience) Seniority level
