Woburn, Massachusetts Engineering Full-time regular Responsibilities
Oversee engineering development programs, ensuring successful execution for technical, schedule, and cost objectives. Manage engineering resource planning and schedules across functions. Develop plans, budgets, and staffing requirements, addressing capabilities and capacity. Drive engineering effectiveness, efficiency, and process improvements. Coordinate with other functions to optimize practices and share best practices across sites. Qualifications
Minimum: BS in Engineering or Physics + 12 years’ experience in leading multi-discipline engineering teams. Experience with electronics design & manufacture, and product/technology expertise. Proven track record in engineering results and process improvements. Active Secret clearance or reachable within 9 months. Preferred: Experience with microwave products for radar and EW applications. Master’s degree in a technical or management field. Experience managing engineering at the site level and across multiple locations. Program management experience. Active SECRET security clearance. Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $184,931.12 - $286,230.97. Benefits include comprehensive PTO, health programs, tuition reimbursement, flexible schedules, and more. About CAES by Honeywell
