Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Corporate Counsel based in Minneapolis, MN, with an allowance for some work from home. The Corporate Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on a variety of corporate matters, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing risk, and advising on corporate governance. The role involves working closely with various departments to facilitate effective legal practices and protect the company's interests. Qualifications Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, and providing corporate legal advice Knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar Experience in the real estate industry or related fields is a plus Seniority level
