About Legends Global Merchandise Recognized as leaders in retail and merchandising, Legends Global Merchandise provides customized, omnichannel shopping experiences for fans, including in-venue, e-commerce, and pop-up operations. We tailor our inventory and services to reflect each client's brand, ensuring a unique retail experience for diverse guests. Position Overview The Merchandise Associate reports to the supervisor on duty and collaborates with sales associates and management to deliver outstanding customer service during Georgia Tech Game Day events. Knowledge of the stadium and services is essential to assist guests effectively. Essential Functions Provide fun, professional customer service environment Greet guests proactively and assist all customers Uphold Legends standards and policies Process sales accurately and handle cash transactions efficiently Stay knowledgeable about products and services Maintain a neat, organized, and fully stocked location before and during events Assist with merchandise stocking Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Energetic, self-motivated, friendly personality Team player with a collaborative attitude Willing to exceed guest expectations Consistent attendance and punctuality Basic math skills, ability to handle cash accurately Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment Physical ability to bend, squat, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs Effective communication skills Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays at Georgia Tech venues Follow safety policies and complete safety training Legends is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
