We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage and support our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and supporting Salesforce to improve workflow efficiency, enhance data quality, and drive user adoption across departments. The candidate will also manage and customize the Salesforce platform, including integrations with external systems, ensuring seamless data flow, and performing administrative tasks like user management, reporting, and training. This role requires strong technical skills, a deep understanding of business processes, data security, compliance, and a proactive problem-solving approach. Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Salesforce environment, including user accounts, permissions, roles, profiles, and security settings. Configure and customize Salesforce components such as flows, process builder, fields, page layouts, record types, dashboards, and Lightning App Builder. Install and manage AppExchange packages; assist with integrations and data migrations. Collaborate with the VP of IT on Salesforce strategy, automation, and access management. Consolidate data from multiple sources to support streamlined processes. Gather, prioritize, and implement business requirements with stakeholders and consultants. Design and implement automated workflows, validation rules, and approval processes. Perform system maintenance, data cleaning, backups, and ensure data integrity. Conduct user training and create documentation to promote adoption. Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices; implement new features. Troubleshoot issues and support custom application development as needed. Ensure HIPAA compliance through secure data handling and encryption. Maintain flexibility as the role evolves with company growth. Requirements
Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience. Salesforce ADM-201 certification preferred. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management. Experience with automation tools like Flow and Process Builder. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Shield and Data Mask, especially in regulated environments supporting HIPAA. Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and independent working skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Service Cloud, case management, and knowledge base. Experience in regulated industries with focus on compliance and security. Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant). Experience with integration tools like MuleSoft or Boomi. Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary range is
$100,000-$115,000 . Actual salary depends on location, skills, and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and 401K. Additional Details
