The IT/Cloud Engineer will design, deploy, and migrate systems for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments. The Cloud Engineer is responsible for identifying and selecting appropriate cloud services based on requirements and constraints, with deep subject matter expertise, and evaluating new technologies for fit in current infrastructure architecture. Duties and Responsibilities

Architect, design, deploy, and manage Azure Gov IaaS, SaaS & PaaS services, and solutions. Implement and maintain Azure Gov Cloud tenant, including workload migration (VMware) from on-premises to cloud. Manage overarching product/platform architectures ensuring alignment with architectural vision. Conduct analysis, design, and implementation of infrastructure and cloud data center solutions including computing, networking, routing, and security. Design and support solutions in cloud and virtualized environments, understanding hybrid cloud architectures. Communicate and implement architectural vision across teams. Provide technical leadership on complex projects. Create cloud strategies and manage their adoption. Manage costs of Azure Gov services and implement tagging strategies for resources and assets. Proficient in core Microsoft technologies including Windows, Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL. Design, build, upgrade, and decommission Windows and Linux systems and services like Active Directory, Azure Storage, App Services, BCDR solutions, Networking, and VMs. Coordinate with third-party support and create documentation for various audiences. Knowledge of RESTful API, Web Services, XML, JSON. Education

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT or Computer Science. Equivalent education and 10 years of work experience. Microsoft Azure Certification required. ITIL V4 and Agile SaFe/Scrum Master certifications preferred. Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure (Gov preferred) IaaS, PaaS, and migration. Strong understanding of network concepts and security policies. Experience with Azure CLI, PowerShell, ARM Templates, and networking. Knowledge of DevOps, IaC, CI/CD, and cloud monitoring tools. Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, Bash; Pyspark preferred. Experience with relational databases like MS SQL. Technical Skills
