The department manages systems like Huron, SciSure, FIDDLE, Kuali, and SharePoint, which vary from outdated to new. The Business Analyst supports these systems, acts as a liaison with vendors, and may assist with scripting and testing updates. Responsibilities include training staff and system users, supporting system transitions, and ensuring system functionality. Required Skills : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience with Research Administration or Compliance preferred Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Attention to detail and high-quality work Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, G-Suite, cloud storage, WordPress, and LMS tools Stakeholder empathy, creative thinking, and analytical skills We are an equal opportunity employer.
