As Loss Prevention Supervisor, you will improve company profitability by executing programs around external theft deterrence, internal investigations, and operational shortages. You will increase associate awareness of shortage opportunities through training, lead teams to reduce shortages, and build partnerships with store and company leaders, law enforcement, and local groups. What You’ll Do
Identify theft trends within assigned locations. Implement theft prevention strategies, including investigations. Develop store awareness programs addressing theft, safety, and inventory control. Communicate potential shortage opportunities to leaders. Conduct operational audits and security inspections. Partner with store personnel for improvements. Foster a culture of honesty and control. Recruit and train Loss Prevention staff; supervise officers and specialists (where applicable). Maintain customer service standards. Represent Kohl’s in legal proceedings as needed. Additional tasks may be assigned. Required Skills
Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently. Customer service skills. Quick decision-making ability. Maintain confidentiality. Attention to detail. Preferred Skills
Experience in Loss Prevention, security, law enforcement, or retail. Knowledge of surveillance and CCTV systems. Ability to learn various computer programs including Google Suite. Pay Starts At: $18.10 Job Details
