As Demand Planning Manager, you will lead a team of geographically spread Demand Planners and will serve as the orchestrator between Product Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain, ensuring alignment and accountability across functions. Youll lead the global forecasting process for a $1B+ division, transforming data into actionable insights and enabling smarter, faster decisions. Your ability to facilitate collaboration, drive consensus, and anticipate demand will directly influence service levels, inventory health, and business performance. This is a highly visible, strategic role with the opportunity to shape how we plan, operate, and grow globally. Ideal for candidates looking to progress into broader global leadership roles.
How Youll Make An Impact
Responsible for all forecasting activities to drive monthly volume consensus. Leads and facilitates monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings with Sales, Marketing, Divisional teams, Finance and Commercial Leadership across worldwide regions. Maintains and improves forecast models, incorporates business intelligence and gathers business information from commercial functional teams to update the unitized forecast on a monthly basis. Works in close collaboration with Finance to bridge the unitized forecast to the total revenue forecast. This function is the integration point between the Businesses (Marketing), Global Commercial Organization (Sales) and Global Supply Chain (Operations).
What You Bring
Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a relevant analytical field. MBA is a plus. Work Experience: 5+ years experience with S&OP process or Forecasting Leadership roles. Previous experience managing Planning teams in Life Science or Clinical Diagnostics. Demonstrated leadership skills and prior experience managing a team. Experience in Product Lifecycle Management and interaction with Commercial functions (Marketing & Sales). Sound understanding of ERP and Advance Planning system software with the ability to optimize settings and performance knowledge of SAP and Kinaxis strongly preferred. Certifications from ASCM (i.e.: CSCP, CPIM) or Institute of Business Forecasting (IBF; i.e.: CPF, ACPF) are a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to speak effectively in group settings and influence others. Capable of creating rapport with others and building strong relationships. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities Solid analytical skills and the ability to translate analysis into clear narratives. Understanding of LEAN concepts preferred. Skilled in Microsoft Office software (PowerBI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).

Compensation:
The estimated base salary range for this position is $133,900 to $184,200 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
