This is a highly strategic role with full P&L responsibility, overseeing all facets of business leadership—from sales and operations to people, culture, and financial performance. Lead the U.S. business strategy in alignment with global goals Drive innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement across the organization Foster strong collaboration and alignment with global leadership and international teams Build and support a high-performing U.S. leadership team Promote a culture of accountability, engagement, and professional growth Serve as the primary leader and representative for all U.S. operations Develop and execute commercial strategies to grow revenue, margin, and market share Strengthen relationships with key customers and lead high-level contract negotiations Support new product development and sustainability initiatives, particularly in rPET Oversee U.S. manufacturing and supply chain operations, including the Pendergrass, GA facility Ensure all safety, quality, and environmental compliance standards are met Align production, operations, and commercial teams for maximum efficiency Manage full P&L for U.S. operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking Drive financial discipline and accurate reporting across departments Identify opportunities for cost savings, margin improvement, and capital investment Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred 10+ years of senior executive experience in manufacturing or packaging, preferably in rigid plastics Proven track record of leading multi-site operations and managing full P&L responsibility Strong background in commercial strategy, customer engagement, and team development Experience working within global organizations and matrixed environments Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills Hands-on, strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset Willingness to travel and be present regularly at the Pendergrass, GA site This is more than a leadership role—it’s a chance to build, innovate, and shape the future of packaging in a fast-evolving market.
