We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Transformation Product Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives across all Altium production sites. The role involves implementing highly available IoT data collection capabilities, managing proactive, real-time software solutions for manufacturing operations, and leveraging technologies such as digital twins, AI, and ML to enhance performance and streamline processes. Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of IoT data collection capabilities and manage real-time software solutions. Experience with data collection from PLCs using multiple protocols. Manage and optimize Oracle's Fusion ERP system for manufacturing processes. Develop and maintain digital twin models to improve efficiency and predictive maintenance. Collaborate on AI applications to enhance manufacturing outcomes. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Identify process improvement opportunities through technology. Ensure data security and compliance. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Coordinate with vendors for IT system support. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. At least 7 years of IT experience in manufacturing environments. Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP system implementation or configuration. Knowledge of digital twin technology and AI applications. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills
Certifications in Oracle Fusion ERP or similar systems. Experience with other ERP and MES systems. Knowledge of IoT and Industry 4.0. Experience with data analytics tools.
