The Slate product team manages the Slate Edge and legacy Slate card portfolio, providing lending flexibility and credit access to customers. In this role, you will define and deliver a customer and goal-focused acquisition strategy for Chase Slate, identifying profitable and customer-centric channel-based acquisition strategies to expand the business. You will partner across the organization to create acquisition channel strategies, working with teams in channels, operations, acquisition, collections, and risk management. Your data analysis, finance background, and strategy experience will help quantify opportunities and advocate for profitable segment expansions, aligning with Card leadership and broader bank goals. Responsibilities
Size segments, explore opportunities, and establish jobs to do for Slate products. Develop and prioritize acquisition strategies to grow revenues and accounts while addressing customer pain points. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tests and new capabilities. Partner with analytics, marketing, product, operations, risk, and finance teams to provide recommendations. Navigate a matrixed organization, influence partners, and build consensus. Present ideas to persuade, educate, and enhance understanding across the organization. Minimum Qualifications
Marketing experience in customer acquisition and channel expertise. Experience in risk, finance, or product management in financial services. Strong collaboration skills and focus on business results. Experience in test design, understanding customer drivers, and data analysis. MBA or equivalent in financial services or consumer products. Preferred Qualifications
Initiative, influence, and results-oriented mindset. Strong partnerships and teamwork skills. Analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills, with experience in SaaS and data queries. Excellent presentation skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in credit card issuing, risk management, or acquisition marketing. About Us
