Order Processor
The Order Processor will manage a specific customer account, handling orders sent via email and manually processing them in the system. Effective communication with clients via email and phone is crucial to process these orders efficiently. Responsibilities
Communicate with clients via email and phone to process orders. Answer phones, check in drivers, and process all orders in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Handle approximately 30 calls/emails per day from customers. Perform data entry and input order information into systems such as Camelot and Microsoft Navision. Provide the warehouse with client orders. Essential Skills
Proficient in shipping clerk responsibilities, shipping and receiving, order entry, WMS, and customer service. Skilled in data entry and transportation logistics. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask with strong time management skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma required. Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred. Knowledge of Warehouse Management System. Experience in logistics, transportation, or industrial environments is highly preferred. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Work Environment
The position is based within an office at a warehouse/distribution center. The role involves overseeing 1 or 2 specific customer accounts in a small office setting. This is a contract-to-hire position, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7AM to 4PM. Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
