Title: Sr. GenAI Developer
Location: Jersey City, NJ/Plano, TX(Need Local candidate only)- onsite

Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI (GenAI) applications using large language models (LLMs) and Python. Build and maintain robust, production-grade Python APIs, microservices, and data pipelines for GenAI integration. Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, Llama) for domain-specific use cases. Implement prompt engineering strategies and leverage vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus) to support RAG-based solutions. Integrate GenAI technologies with cloud AI services (AWS Sagemaker, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, business stakeholders) to deliver scalable AI-driven enterprise solutions. Apply MLOps best practices, including model lifecycle management using CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, and Kubeflow. Conduct research on new Python libraries and GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow) to enhance solution capabilities. Ensure high-quality code through strong debugging, performance optimization, and testing skills. Experience in financial/banking domains and prior work with Bank of America is preferred.
