Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, implementing, and managing our internal and external communication strategies to enhance our brand, engage our audience, and support our organizational goals. Responsibilities: Develop and execute communication strategies that align with organizational goals. Create, edit, and disseminate press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials. Manage and oversee the company's social media channels and online presence. Coordinate internal communication efforts and enhance staff engagement initiatives. Assist in organizing events, including conferences, workshops, and community outreach programs. Monitor and analyze media coverage and report findings to management. Skills Required Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a communications or public relations role. Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. Proficient in social media management and content creation. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and manage multiple projects.
