Supply Chain Analyst / Data Analyst

We're seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst / Data Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting new site launches and procurement operations. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working with Excel, and excel at cross-functional collaboration, this role is designed for you. As a Supply Chain Analyst / Data Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of materials and inventory to new operational sites. You'll be responsible for tracking procurement orders, analyzing inventory data, and coordinating with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely execution. Your insights will help streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve overall supply chain efficiency. Must-Haves: 5+ years of recent experience using advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP) 2+ years of SmartSheet experience 2+ years analyzing large datasets within supply chain or logistics environments Strong written and verbal communication skills; Spanish proficiency is a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a remote, fast-paced setting Consistent work history with recent, relevant experience Requirements: Analyze and verify Bill of Materials (BOM) using advanced Excel functions Track order statuses and coordinate delivery timelines with logistics and procurement teams Host weekly inventory review calls to share updates and action items Consolidate reallocated inventory and upload into internal systems Lead inventory review meetings and provide delivery ETAs Create and manage occasional procurement orders using Coupa Communicate effectively with stakeholders What's in it for you?
