A Florida hospital is seeking their next Interim Manager, Neuro Critical Care! The Position
The Interim Manager, Neuro Critical Care, will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout both the Neuro ICU and Neuro Stepdown units. The Interim Manager will focus on departmental initiatives including staff development/professional mapping, process improvement, accountability, and quality patient care. Seeking a strong neurology leader who will be equipped to analyze current processes while making improvements to safety, quality, and patient care policies. Ideal candidates will be collaborative leaders who will develop, maintain, and foster positive working relationships throughout the department. Must be available to start within 23 weeks of acceptance. Requirements
BSN is required. Active RN license is required. Neuro experience is required. Compensation Details
Compensation Range: $155,000 to $165,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
