CGRC’s Outpatient Therapy Services (OPS) consist of individual, family and group therapy, psychological and psychiatric assessments and psychiatric medication services offered to children and adolescents. Individual, family and group therapy sessions often address anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, self-esteem, ADHD symptoms, grief and loss, communication difficulties, conflict resolution, and friendship skills. The Outpatient Clinical Supervisor provides administrative and clinical leadership of the program and is responsible for supervision and instruction relative to the treatment services delivered by the program staff.The Outpatient Clinical Supervisor ensures administrative and clinical integration, coordination, and collaboration of the program services into the overall functioning of the organization. Some responsibilities include: Designs, directs, coordinates, and supervises the delivery of program related services to children, adolescents, and their families. Provides expertise and leadership in developing and maintaining innovative and effective delivery of program services. Provides weekly clinical supervision for therapists-in-training. Verifies current and ongoing clinical competence of all program staff by ensuring the implementation of staff training. Intervenes to provide immediate assistance in crisis situations. Ensures completion of all documentation requirements within determined time-frames consistent with CGRC procedures. Oversees productivity requirements of the department and market to ensure consistent referrals to the Department. Active participation in supervision, team meetings, committees, work groups and special projects as assigned. Provides direct services per billable requirement (individual/family therapy, group therapy, biopsychosocial assessment). Who is CGRC?
