Compensation Pay Range:$61.25-$87.50/Hrs
Description • Support equity products including various workflows. • Focus on supporting the gateway and client onboarding. • Communicate effectively on both business and technical levels. • Collaborate to drive initiatives and improvements. • Work in a hybrid environment after an initial onsite period.
Key Responsibilities • Provide technical support to clients and vendors using trading protocols. • Understand client onboarding requirements and configure settings accordingly. • Build solutions and coordinate releases based on feedback. • Identify and manage integration issues and provide third-level support. • Document procedures and train internal support teams. • Collaborate with agile teams to deliver end-to-end products. • Evaluate systems and recommend improvements.
Qualifications • Minimum 10 years of experience with trading protocols and order routing. • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. • Ability to read and understand scripting/programming languages. • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Understanding of system administration in Linux environments. • Strong communication and documentation skills.
