Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Wilmington, OH. In this role, you will act as a collateral/title specialist on behalf of our business partners, completing responsibilities within your operational area with accuracy and efficiency.
Pay: $18/hour
Shift: 1st shift | Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Respond to emails, faxes, and service tickets while engaging customers to determine appropriate assistance Use proprietary software for research, data entry, and account follow-up Process applications for duplicate vehicle titles, payments, and updates Handle incoming title maintenance requests for lender accounts and identify collateral documents Operate mail equipment and execute escalated or expedited transactions Follow workflow standards, maintain production and quality goals, and adhere to company policies Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications:
1-2 years of customer service experience High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in PC, telephone, fax, scanner, and photocopier operation Basic knowledge of PC software applications (MS Office, Excel, Outlook) Data entry skills: 35 WPM or higher with 99.6% accuracy Preferred: Ten-key skills, knowledge of DMV procedures and forms, familiarity with company proprietary software, understanding of state abbreviations
