Responsibilities:
Responsible for collecting and using hourly and daily service measurement data to optimize the LTE and 5G networks. Representing the team for feature related projects, new node integration, and other centralized tasks by meeting deliverables and holding other parties accountable per project plan. Troubleshooting hardware and performance problems independently or by coordinating with other teams. Supporting Network Performance in evaluating and improving areas of poor coverage by identifying system performance problems. Reporting issues to appropriate engineers. Resolving customer service issues, assisting in implementing solutions, and collecting drive test data in support of performance evaluations and build program prioritization.
Qualifications:
Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years Fundamental knowledge of 5G SA and NSA network 5G RAN KPI monitoring Fundamental knowledge of 4G LTE networks
Desired skills:
KPI monitoring Some Scripting Experience

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:
$65.00 - $68.00/hr . Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
